There is no monster in this map, but you can see a big hole on the ground and two exits, one at the top of the map and one at its right.
The choice doesn't matter because you'll get another map like this one with only one exit this time, and this exit will lead you at room 5.
If you fall in holes, you'll land in trooll's cage. Low level Troolls (lvl 80ish) are in this map. That's a good way to win some xp if you are a low level's team.
There are stairs in these cages to come back on the floor.
